To sign up for Stitch email you must first create
an account with us.
To stop receiving stitch e-mail you must first log
into the site using your e-mail address and password. Once logged in you
must edit your account by clicking on the "my account" button
in the bottom menu. From the "my account" page click on the
"Edit your account" link. On the "edit account" page,
un check the the box "sign me up for stitch e-mail'. Then click update.
