STITCH is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell,
trade or rent your personal information to any third parties, ever.
The information we gather is used solely to process your order,
track your purchases and update your customer profile so that we
can communicate with you better. We use the information you give
us here, and at the store, to keep in touch with you by mail, e-mail
and telephone and to recognize you on this website. (If you do not
want to receive e-mail, mail or telephone calls, please send us

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In order to insure professional consistency, we have elected to
use the same policies on this website as we use in our store: Merchandise
that is purchased at stitchchicago.com may be exchanged at our store
or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. However,
furniture that is custom ordered is made specifically for you and
MAY NOT be returned. We do not issue cash or credit card refunds,
we allow for exchanges at the store or issue store credit only.
In the event that you would like to send the unused items you have
purchased back to STITCH for a store credit, please call 773.782.1572
or e-mail scott@stitchchicago.com
for a return authorization. (We do not accept any packages at STITCH
without authorized numbers.) We will issue you a store credit, good
for one full year, once we have inspected the goods. Your store
credit will then be sent to you via mail or e-mail and will be on
file at STITCH for your convenience.
NOTE:
All gift certificates, at this time, can only be redeemed at our
physical location: STITCH, 1723 N. Damen, Chicago, IL 60647. However,
you can certainly add gift certificates to your wish list and have
them mailed to you.
If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, you will need to hold onto the packaging and the damaged item. Contact scott@stitchchicago.com immediately. Scott will work with you to get a replacement sent out quickly.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship all small goods via UPS, within 48 hours of your purchase.
All shipping prices are dynamically calculated by UPS and are based
on weight, distance and priority level. We ship all furniture and
larger goods through a variety of reliable shipping companies.
If you are purchasing furniture or larger items from stitchchicago.com
and would like us to make delivery arrangements for you please contact
info@stitchchicago.com
with your questions. We will be able to give you delivery quotes
after we have spoken with you. At this point in time, STITCH is
only delivering goods to the 50 United States. If you would like
to purchase STITCH products and live outside the United States,
please contact us info@stitchchicago.com.
TAXES
STITCH is required by law to collect an 8.75% tax on all merchandise
that is delivered to addresses in Illinois.
