To stop receiving stitch e-mail you must first log into the site using your e-mail address and password. Once logged in you must edit your account by clicking on the "my account" button in the bottom menu. From the "my account" page click on the "Edit your account" link. On the "edit account" page, un check the the box labled "sign me up for stitch e-mail'. Then click update. Click here to log in.
